These Terms of Service govern your use of all Subty products including Subty Commerce, Subty Food, and Subty Partner. Product-specific terms are outlined in their respective sections below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Subty, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. This applies to all Subty platforms: Commerce (marketplace), Food (ordering), and Partner (business management).
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Subty for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- •Modify or copy the materials
- •Use the materials for any commercial purpose without license
- •Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- •Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- •Transfer the materials to another person
3. Service Description
Subty provides a cloud-based universal business management platform for businesses across multiple industries. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time.
4. Account Terms
When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the security of your account
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- •Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- •Violate any laws or regulations
- •Infringe on intellectual property rights
- •Harass or harm another person
- •Impersonate any person or entity
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Your data remains yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Subty or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Subty.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
